Role Overview
- Accurate processing and posting of all business transactions
- Ongoing monitoring and reconciliation of bank accounts
- Ensuring proper bookkeeping and account maintenance
- Coordinating the entire payment process
- Ensuring the factual and arithmetical accuracy of incoming invoices
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Analysis of VAT-related issues
- Review and verification of travel expense reports
Requirements
- Degree in business/economics or completed commercial vocational training
- Further qualification in accounting or tax advisory is advantageous
- Several years of practical experience in financial accounting, particularly in general ledger
- Design and implementation of new processes, especially in the context of digitalization and automation in accounting
- Strong financial acumen
- Confident use of common Office applications and digital tools
- Ideally experience with accounting systems such as SAP Business One
