Visit our internal field plants and external client sites to evaluate existing welding processes.
Identify bottlenecks, suggest safer techniques, and propose advanced technologies that enhance efficiency and safety.
Provide knowledgeable support and sharing of expertise on CNC cutting systems, robotic welding systems, and plasma/laser integration.
Act as a mentor to the wider Welding Specialist team and provide onsite product and application training for customers.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent years of formalized welding experience.
Five or more years in B2B or specialized sales.
Reliable transportation, current driver's license, minimum liability insurance as required by state of vehicle registration.
