Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and ongoing therapy to patients.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.
Conduct hybrid sessions, including both in-person and telehealth appointments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other specialists within the multi-specialty practice.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Provide culturally competent care to Spanish-speaking patients.
Requirements
Education: PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program.
Licensure: Active New York State License (Required).
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Language: Must be bilingual in Spanish (Required).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in psychological assessment, diagnosis, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and treatment planning. Comfort with hybrid/telehealth modalities.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (Spanish/English), cultural competence, empathy, strong clinical judgment, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
