Lead the Advanced Wound Management business across the Nordic countries, taking full ownership of sales performance, profitability and long term growth
Work closely with country leaders, international colleagues and key customers to set the commercial direction for the region
Guide and inspire a cross country sales leadership team, developing robust commercial plans, and ensuring strong execution across major accounts, tenders and go to market initiatives
Contribute to shaping broader regional strategy while ensuring operational excellence, ethical leadership and a strong performance culture throughout the Nordics
Requirements
Extensive senior sales leadership experience within medical devices, ideally within wound management or a closely related therapy area
A proven track record of delivering sales growth, managing P&L and leading through others across complex, multi country environments
Strong strategic capability, with the ability to translate market insight into clear, executable commercial plans
