Role Overview
- Designing, developing, deploying and optimizing processes for manufacturing
- Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs
- Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements
- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow
- Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods
- Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs
- Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services
- Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians
- Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Sound Technical Know How in Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic and Control Device will be added advantages.
- Good interpersonal skills for engagement with cross functional teams
