Role Overview
- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and microservices testing
- Lead end-to-end testing strategies across functional, regression, and release cycles
- Develop automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Postman
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure quality across all releases
- Own defect lifecycle management, from identification to resolution
- Define automation roadmaps and identify opportunities to improve test coverage
- Communicate test progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA and software testing with 3+ years in QA automation engineering
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, Postman, and .NET-based testing
- Strong experience testing REST APIs and microservices architectures
- Familiarity with Angular and .NET Core applications
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of SDLC, test strategies, and defect management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
