Role Overview
Develop centralized, standardized tools to evaluate sales performance
Conduct data analysis and research to identify opportunities
Provide analytical support and sales insights
Help drive category, channel, and market-based solutions across BBG markets
Support implementation of analytics strategy within markets
Foster a data-driven culture to enable informed decision-making, consumer-focused analytics, and business-oriented planning
Optimize the value of technology and resources invested in analytics within assigned markets
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations by leveraging internal, syndicated, and industry data
Communicate insights, recommendations, and solutions effectively to stakeholders
Standardize performance measurement with key suppliers and customers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, analytics and customer service
Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical system tools/databases (e.g., SAP WEBI/BOBJ, PowerBI, Connected Excel, TABS Analytics, Nielsen, etc.)
Advanced Proficiency leveraging syndicated (Nielsen, IRI, etc.), consumer, shopper research and/or category management data
Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
