Role Overview
- Provide basic to moderately complex analytical support to various areas of the organization
- Support business processes within the team and maintain Allstate tools and rates
- Update Allstate rating plans and verify accuracy
- Perform testing and documentation, verify quality, and identify inconsistencies in data
- Investigate and propose process improvements that yield efficiency gains
Requirements
- 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Basic technology skills
- Intermediate decision making skills
- Intermediate time and project management skills
- Intermediate problem solving skills
- Intermediate communication skills (written/verbal) with both internal and external business partners
