Organize and produce video content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Source, select and manage suitable performers / creators
Plan and execute efficient, realistically scalable shoots
Oversee or carry out post-production / editing
Coordinate with creative and strategy teams on the agency side
Ensure content is social-ready, platform-appropriate, and production-feasible
Target audience: primarily Gen Z, secondarily Gen Y and older. You should have a strong sense of which visual language, formats and tonalities work for these audiences.
Requirements
Proven experience creating social-first video content
Confident eye for TikTok, Instagram Reels and similar formats
Experience with AI-assisted content creation and hybrid formats combining real and AI-generated content (image, video, motion)
Experience with small to mid-sized productions, ideally in lifestyle, tech or consumer contexts
Own equipment or access to equipment
German fluent, English confident (some coordination will be in English)
Reliable, independent and easy-to-work-with
Verifiable references – required
