Foster a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
Identify and remove delivery impediments while supporting overall team health and sustainable delivery practices.
Act as the primary liaison between delivery teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency around objectives, progress, risks, and dependencies.
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Track delivery performance using metrics and data‑driven insights to support continuous improvement.
Support application operations by effectively leveraging ticketing and service management systems.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology or digital projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting application operations using technology ticketing systems (e.g., Cherwell, ServiceNow).
Demonstrated experience delivering medium‑ to large‑scale technology initiatives.
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different stakeholder groups.
Proven ability to respond effectively to change and manage shifting priorities in dynamic environments.
Bilingual (French and English) is preferred.
Agile or project management certifications such as PSM or PMP are considered assets.
