Role Overview
- Work in the private market segment (hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions) to sell medications in the city of Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas;
- Manage the full sales cycle (pre-sales and post-sales);
- Visit clients in your portfolio to process orders and prospect new business;
- Visit purchasers, pharmacists, nurses, physicians, and directors — all stakeholders involved in the medication standardization and purchasing process (Generics, Similar drugs, and Brand/Reference medicines);
- Build relationships and hold meetings with pharmaceutical industry representatives to develop joint action plans for sales and new client acquisition;
- Monitor the market and competitors;
- Work in partnership with inside sales and immediate management and demonstrate proficiency with technological tools. Prepare and submit reports according to company guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in a related field;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Experience in Sales/Commercial roles or client relationship management;
- Valid Brazilian Driver’s License (CNH) category "B";
- Own a flex-fuel vehicle with valid vehicle insurance (registered in your name or in the name of a first-degree relative).
Preferred / Nice to have:
- Experience in pharmaceutical distribution or sales to hospitals and clinics;
- Knowledge of hospital oncology medications.
