Support the management and execution of logistics operations by tracking orders, providing support to e-commerce in both B2B and B2C channels, handling internal requests, and contributing to the department’s planning and continuous improvement.
Maintain direct contact with the logistics operator, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure process alignment and adherence to deadlines.
Monitor deliveries, help resolve operational issues, and support relationships with schools, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Hard Skills: Basic knowledge of e-commerce, logistics operations, customer relations, and process management.
