Develop and manage an implementation plan aligned with statewide Youth Navigator Program goals
Establish project timelines, workplans, milestones, and deliverables for launch readiness
Lead project meetings and identify, document and prioritize scope changes
Identify and mitigate clinical risks and make clinical recommendations
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Represent the program at community meetings and coalitions
Requirements
Requires a BA/BS in a related field
Minimum of 3 years professional project management experience
At least 2 years spent leading and directing project tasks
Master’s degree in social work, behavioral health, or closely related field is preferred
3+ years of project/program management experience in behavioral health, child/youth services, healthcare, or cross-system care coordination is preferred
Experience working in a lead role on one or more projects is strongly preferred
