About this role
Role Overview
Own the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and emerging channels
Translate strategy into action by building, launching, and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable performance
Actively manage budgets, pacing, and allocations to maximize efficiency and impact
Contribute to media strategy by shaping channel mix, audience targeting, and campaign structure
Bring forward new ideas and opportunities, from testing emerging platforms to exploring innovative formats and partnerships
Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and account teams to ensure media plans are integrated and aligned with broader goals
Communicate performance, insights, and recommendations clearly to both internal teams and clients; sharing data-informed optimizations.
Participate in client conversations and presentations as a trusted media partner
Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and new opportunities to evolve our media approach
Help lay the foundation for a scalable paid media function, with opportunities to grow into team leadership over time
Requirements
3 to 6 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
Experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industries a plus
Strong executional skills with the ability to build, launch, and optimize campaigns independently
Experience managing budgets, pacing, and media spend with a focus on performance and efficiency
Ability to think strategically and creatively about using media for clients
Comfortable communicating with clients, including explaining performance and making recommendations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
Interest in growing into a more senior role over time, including contributing to team development and scaling media capabilities
Experience with DSPs is a plus
