Senior Software Developer – .NET

Role Overview

• Design, develop and evolve scalable, secure .NET/C# solutions aligned with the company's technical and architectural standards.
• Actively participate in architecture decisions, especially for event-driven solutions, asynchronous communication, messaging and microservices.
• Ensure technical quality, performance and scalability of applications, including modeling and optimization of SQL Server, Sybase and MongoDB databases.
• Contribute to defining standards, conducting code reviews and promoting development best practices to support the team's technical growth.
• Drive the evolution and modernization of legacy systems while balancing stability and innovation.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity, automate tasks and support code quality.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, collaborating with architecture, product and business teams to build solutions.
• Work on integrations with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, caching, observability and API optimization, ensuring resilience and proper monitoring.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers through guidance and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Solid, proven experience with .NET/C# in medium to high-complexity environments.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture, asynchronous communication and messaging (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Extensive experience in modeling, performance tuning and optimization of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Mastery of design patterns, security best practices and testing (unit, integration and automated tests).
• Experience with microservices, containers (Docker) and continuous integration.
• Experience using AI tools in development (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
