About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for meeting medical sales objectives and managing multiple priorities and projects within a defined sales territory
- Administering a sales program within a defined sales territory to enhance the awareness and understanding of the product range
- Develop and maintain sales targets within assigned area through established territory sales plans, expense plan goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze monthly and quarterly sales figures and initiate appropriate action where necessary
- Develops and implements special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities
- Establishes and maintains professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and hospitals including physicians and medical staff
- Providing expert assistance in the preparation and facilitation of medical education programs to key opinion leaders
- Maintain a proficient level of product and disease knowledge in line with therapeutic areas accountable for
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient in providing consultative solutions to senior medical professionals
- Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management
- Confidently led requirements development sessions and workshops in a software context
- Developed project documentation that reflects requirements i.e., functional requirements specifications or requirements traceability matrixes
- Demonstrated excellent project management capability from initial planning through to delivery
- Taken ownership of end-to-end processes from engaging the stakeholder for the initial session to deliverable/output signoff
