Perform, with minimal supervision, high-complexity activities related to supporting the Company in achieving its goals through the cascading of departmental indicators and the application of a management-by-guidelines (GPD) model based on market best practices.
Execute the process of cascading corporate targets to other organizational levels (boards/directorates, areas, departments, individuals);
Define, together with business areas, the departmental indicators that will be considered for Profit Sharing (PLR) payments and their respective weights;
Define, together with business areas, the weightings of departmental indicators that will compose the Performance Management evaluation;
Collaborate with company areas, supporting the preparation of results analyses and action plans;
Propose and provide guidance for preparing materials for results meetings;
Monitor and attend results meetings;
Control and monitor the follow-up and resolution of items discussed in results meetings;
Calculate departmental indicators whose calculation is not the responsibility of managers and ensure the proper updating of the results management system;
Develop training aimed at improving results management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration completed;
Postgraduate degree in related fields;
Minimum of 6 months of experience in the area or related areas;
