Serve and support the LIDS International and Strategy programs as the Business Manager, with responsibility for program controls, customer financial / funding reporting, quarterly EACs, internal financial performance reporting, financial forecast (including AOP and LRP), and workforce planning
Support LIDS International and Strategy proposals and contract negotiation activities
Manage a team of financial analysts, including providing training, assignment, and career development opportunities for employees.
Identify program finance staffing needs and facilitate hiring/ onboarding of new employees as needed.
Facilitate performance development process and timecard approval
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field & a minimum of 8 years related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years related work experience
Experience leading high performing teams, program controls, financial planning, program business analysis, and/or accounting
Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance module, Business Warehouse or similar system
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
