Integrate software applications across multiple operating systems, including Windows and Linux
Analyze system and application requirements to ensure compatibility and interoperability
Develop integration plans, workflows, and documentation to support deployment and validation
Configure and test application components to verify proper functionality across target environments
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues involving software dependencies, OS configurations, and network interactions
Collaborate with development, systems, and network teams to coordinate integration activities
Implement and maintain automation tools to streamline integration and deployment processes
Support version control, configuration management, and environment consistency across platforms
Ensure integrated applications meet performance, security, and compliance requirements
Provide technical guidance on cross-platform best practices and integration strategies
Conduct integration testing and system verification in lab environments and aboard ship, as required
Provide on-site support during installation events, upgrades, and acceptance testing (up to 10% travel)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree and 0 years of relevant experience, OR High school diploma/equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience
Experience integrating, configuring, and troubleshooting software across both Windows and Linux operating systems
Strong familiarity with Windows and Linux command-line environments and administrative tools
Working knowledge of C++ and Java for debugging, log analysis, and integration troubleshooting
Experience with Agile/Scrum development workflows
Experience with system interfaces, message handling, and software interoperability
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues across application layers, OS environments, and networks
Experience with automation tools or scripting to support integration and deployment
Ability to obtain a DoD Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification or higher (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+) within 3 months of hire if not currently held.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must hold a current or active DoD Secret clearance
