Role Overview
- design, develop, and support Kafka producers and consumers
- support routine operations of Kafka usage
- monitor consumer lag, throughput, and failures
- assist with incident triage and performance tuning
- apply banking-grade controls and standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- experience with Kafka-Based Event Streaming & Integration
- knowledge of Java (e.g., Spring Kafka)
- understanding of operational stability, governance, and compliance
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
