Role Overview
- Collaborate with stakeholders during the development and initiatives of products and processes
- Participate in the visioning for applications, products, and processes
- Be responsible for understanding and interpreting all Risk Management Agency (RMA) and National Crop Insurance Service (NCIS) changes
- Define and create business epics, themes, and features based on the needs of the business
Requirements
- Crop insurance industry experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, IT, or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
- Knowledgeable of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to applicable area of the Company’s business
- Working knowledge of crop lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
