About this role
Role Overview
Lead ABM & Field Marketing activities across regional, strategic & territory sales segments
Manage the complete India Marketing plan following regional revenue goals
Create Autodesk marketing strategy for India with sales
Be responsible for overall ABM & Field marketing budget
Guide and monitor the result of ABM & field marketing activities
Ensure local coordination between all Regional Marketing staff
Be the main contact for all Marketing in the India organization
Ensure optimization of ABM & Field marketing activities
Coordinate amplification of Autodesk marketing strategy through channel partners
Actively engage within the APAC organization and with global brand and industry teams
Drive major events focusing on end-customers or channel partners
Requirements
10 years of experience in marketing for high-tech companies
At least 5 years in management positions
Proven success in managing in a matrixed organization
Knowledge of state-of-the-art marketing automation capabilities
Deep experience analysing marketing metrics
Demonstrated ability to develop tailored marketing content
Excellent in English; additional languages a plus
Wide experience of demand generation tactics including ABM, digital marketing and social marketing automation
Industry knowledge relevant to Autodesk market is an advantage
Exposure to Account-based Marketing or Enterprise Marketing is preferred
