About this role
Role Overview
Coordinates staff services, interoffice activities, schedules, programs, and related administrative needs.
Administers/prepares reports, minutes, correspondence, and administrative materials required for department direction.
Maintains established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, and regulatory records.
Evaluates and recommends purchasing sources.
Assists with telephone problems and vendor relations.
Responsible for ordering and distribution of supplies, general building maintenance, and work order management.
Develops budget reports and implements financial monitors, payroll, and purchasing processing.
Assists visitors and customers with inquiries and payroll processing.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
Relevant Experience (3 Years).
Skills: Computer Literacy, Financial Applications, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Office Equipment, Payroll Systems, Supervision, Workday Software.
