Lead program planning, execution, and oversight across all task areas
Develop, maintain, and control the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Manage subcontractors, including: Integration into IMS, Staffing plan oversight, Performance monitoring and reporting
Deliver required program artifacts: Contractor Progress, Status, and Management Reports (CPSMR)
Establish and manage program metrics, including: Schedule performance, Quality and product stability, Staffing and resource utilization
Implement risk management processes, including: Risk identification, tracking, and mitigation, Participation in Government Risk Working Groups
Ensure compliance with: ISO 9001 Quality Management, RMF / cybersecurity requirements, OPSEC and CUI handling policies
