Serve as the primary interface between senior government stakeholders and internal leadership
Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple functional areas
Ensure timely delivery of all contractual requirements
Direct all workforce planning activities
Lead and oversee the full-cycle recruiting function
Oversee onboarding, in-processing, and clearance coordination
Drive employee engagement, retention programs, and professional development initiatives
Manage performance management processes
Establish and maintain scalable operational processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery

20+ years of progressive professional experience
10–15+ years managing large federal programs or enterprise operations
Demonstrated experience managing programs with large annual budgets
Proven leadership of large, distributed workforce environments
Significant experience in recruiting leadership or talent acquisition management
Hands-on experience managing HR functions including employee relations
Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
Master's degree preferred
PHR, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification
PMP or equivalent program management certification
