You are the interface between the business organization and development.
Elicit requirements: Close daily collaboration and, in part, workshops with the CPO, CTO and business departments (Sales, Marketing, Product) to turn strategy and whiteboard concepts into working solutions.
Document: Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, create use cases, and maintain specifications.
Analyze: Prioritize requirements, resolve conflicts between stakeholders, assess business value, and evaluate impacts on existing features.
Validate: Coordinate reviews, prepare acceptance tests (including the Definition of Done), and ensure the quality of new features.
Looking ahead: Drive digitization of internal processes, improve data foundations, and enable new business models.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Owner, or in a comparable interface role
Structured, independent working style – you can quickly understand complex topics and prepare them clearly
Resilient – you handle stress and change well; our environment is start-up-like, meaning structures are still being established
Proactivity and independent thinking and acting are a must
Fluent in German and English
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification (e.g., IT specialist) — should have
Experience with process modeling and agile software development — should have
Experience with JIRA and Confluence — nice to have
Background in HR or an understanding of personnel topics is a big PLUS!
