Team Leader, Budgets and Investment Planning

Role Overview

• Oversee budgeting, analysis and forecasting aspects for Eversource
• Develop and monitor direct reports
• Provide financial support and lead various financial projects
• Collaborate with key business areas
• Manage schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Develop actionable plans with staff to achieve goals and objectives
• Ensure efficient use of resources and project organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 5+ years of related experience required
• CPA or industry specific designation(s) preferred
• Strong knowledge of finance, utility accounting and regulation
• Experience in regulatory financial concepts such as revenue requirements and rate making theory is desirable
• Financial modeling experience is desirable
• PowerBI experience preferred
• Knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics experience preferred
