Typically 7+ years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent experience
In-depth Commercial lending qualification with minimum discretionary limits of $10MM
Broad knowledge of Bank products, services, and organization
In-depth/expert knowledge of the wealth management and/or financial industry
Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge
Must have in-depth/expert verbal & written communication skills
Must have in-depth/expert analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have in-depth/expert influence skills
Must have in-depth/expert collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration
