Lead sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
Perform month-end variance analysis across Sales, P&L, and Balance Sheet
Develop and maintain financial models to support short
and long-term strategic planning
Prepare financial analyses, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and financial trends
Analyze large datasets using SQL to generate business insights
Support portfolio-specific and ad hoc analyses as required
Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Support monthly processes related to sales compensation

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting and/or CPA/CFA designation
Good presentation and business writing skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail, aptitude to learn and willingness to ask questions
High degree of flexibility and creativity
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Strong business acumen with a good understanding of the business environment and banking industry
