Define and drive the strategic product vision, setting short-, medium
and long-term direction.
Manage the product portfolio, ensuring prioritization based on strategic impact, technical feasibility and financial return.
Ensure governance of the Product area, including defining processes, rituals, performance metrics (OKRs and KPIs) and financial indicators.
Lead and develop high-performance multidisciplinary teams, fostering a results-oriented, collaborative and innovative culture.
Work collaboratively with Commercial, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Finance and other corporate areas to ensure strategic alignment and coordinated execution.
Identify opportunities for new products, services and business models, expanding revenue streams and strengthening the company’s competitiveness.
Conduct market analyses, assess industry trends, customer behavior and competitive benchmarking to support strategic decisions.
Be accountable for the financial results of the portfolio under your responsibility, including revenue, margin, profitability and investment efficiency.
Report results, risks and opportunities to senior leadership, contributing to the organization’s strategic decisions.
Structure succession plans and leadership development for the Product area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Technology or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management, Strategy, Innovation or related areas.
Proven experience in product management, with significant experience in a senior or executive leadership role.
Demonstrated track record in defining and executing product strategies with significant impact on revenue and growth.
Experience managing a complex portfolio with direct responsibility for financial results (P&L).
Experience in digital transformation and in large, highly complex corporate environments.
Strong analytical skills, strategic vision and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, product management, discovery and prioritization frameworks.
Advanced or fluent English.
