Independently leads low-to-moderate complexity integration teams through all phases of the integration lifecycle
Collaborates with Integration Management Office (IMO) leadership to support planning and execution of moderate-to-high complexity integration efforts
Builds and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the integration lifecycle
Monitors the health of integration plans, proactively identifying, navigating, and mitigating moderate-level risks, issues, and interdependencies
Contributes to ongoing enhancement of integration management practices, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Typically requires 5 years of experience in Project Management and/or integration management, strategy, operational or management consulting functions
Demonstrated knowledge in integration methodologies, project/program management frameworks, and analytical tools
High emotional intelligence with deep understanding of cultural nuances that may impact integration efforts
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create impactful documentation, analysis, and presentations
