Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
US Minimum of 5 years of experience
Active Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights certification
Demonstrates some level of abilities and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member as follows:
Develops weekly hours burn report and monthly support review deck
Meets with stakeholders to confirm a thorough set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining complete understanding of current and future state business processes
Demonstrates experience in use of Workday in a support/AMS environment
Is responsible for fixes and enhancements to the application to achieve the customer’s business requirements
Works together in pods or client-aligned teams to deliver for multiple clients
Uses standard methodologies and tools
Proactively monitor systems for performance and issues and perform root cause analysis of production and non-production systems
Works and delivers against engagement SLAs and KPIs
Knowledge with Planning Budgeting Forecasting and Management Reporting
Knowledge of different models like: Financial Planning, e.g., Revenue Planning, Expense Planning, Projects Planning, Capital Planning, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Planning; Workforce Planning, e.g., Headcount/FTE and Compensation Planning, Resource Supply and Demand Planning; Operational Planning, e.g., Sales Planning
Knowledge in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
Ability to work with the client and help customers resolve issues
Good to have Workday Finance/HCM/Integration certification
Functional experience and knowledge of Workday Finance/Accounting, reporting/consolidation is an advantage
Knowledge in creating reports, dashboards
Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
