Assist AC L&D teams in compiling, validating, and submitting compliance reports on schedule.
Conduct routine data checks and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in learning compliance reports.
Collaborate with the US L&D Tracking & Reporting team to resolve data discrepancies and improve reporting processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting workflows.
Prepare and distribute regular compliance status updates to relevant stakeholders under supervision.
Help document process guidelines and support training activities to promote best practices in reporting and data management.
Respond promptly to inquiries from Assurance leaders and other stakeholders regarding reporting and compliance data.
Requirements
Experience or interest in data analysis, reporting, or compliance tracking—preferably in a learning, operational, or similar environment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify anomalies or errors in data.
Good organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Effective communicator, able to collaborate with team members and stakeholders across levels.
Proficiency with MS Excel and comfort learning new data management and reporting tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
