Role Overview
- Assist AC L&D teams in compiling, validating, and submitting compliance reports on schedule.
- Conduct routine data checks and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in learning compliance reports.
- Collaborate with the US L&D Tracking & Reporting team to resolve data discrepancies and improve reporting processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting workflows.
- Prepare and distribute regular compliance status updates to relevant stakeholders under supervision.
- Help document process guidelines and support training activities to promote best practices in reporting and data management.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from Assurance leaders and other stakeholders regarding reporting and compliance data.
Requirements
- Experience or interest in data analysis, reporting, or compliance tracking—preferably in a learning, operational, or similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify anomalies or errors in data.
- Good organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate with team members and stakeholders across levels.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and comfort learning new data management and reporting tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
