Translate enterprise-wide HR initiatives into practical, Canada-specific programs, policies, and processes.
Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce effectiveness, change management, and team performance.
Lead employee relations across Canadian operations, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices.
Oversee talent acquisition strategies for Canada in partnership with talent acquisition team.
Provide leadership and oversight of Canadian compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with local regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
8+ years of experience in HR generalist or partner role
Demonstrated experience in working with sales, technical and remote location employees
Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and mediate issue resolution
Demonstrated working knowledge of Canadian local, provinces and federal employment law and regulations
Strong business and financial skills, ability to communicate and persuade inside and outside of HR, high integrity
Demonstrated ability to analyze talent related data and provide insights
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, translate business initiatives into clear Human Resources strategies coupled with a process-oriented, forward-looking approach
Ability to effectively communicate Human Resources strategy and rationale
