Administer end-to-end provider payroll processing through the Ludi platform — including data entry, verification, and approval workflows.
Interpret and apply provider compensation agreements — including base salary, productivity incentives, bonuses, and other supplemental elements.
Audit provider compensation statements against individual employment agreements to ensure accuracy and contractual compliance.
Develop and own the Provider Compensation budget as part of the annual operating plan (AOP).
Conduct financial analysis to assess company performance and labor cost trends.
Develop, implement, and maintain a standardized process for supplemental provider expense reimbursement.
Reconcile provider payroll to the general ledger and support month-end and year-end close activities.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized, audit-ready payroll records and documentation.
Partner with Compliance to stay current on regulatory requirements governing provider compensation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required.
4–6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis and/or payroll analysis, preferably in multi-site healthcare organizations, dermatology practices, or medical groups.
Direct experience with provider/physician compensation analysis strongly preferred.
Experience with Ludi or similar provider compensation management platforms preferred.
Familiarity with physician/APP compensation plan structures required.
Experience in private equity-backed companies is favored.
