Role Overview
- Lead execution of business processes for product release plans
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice entry and processing
- Prepare system driven reports and process documentation
- Maintain general mailbox and handle daily tasks
- Track user acceptance and resolve queries in a timely manner
- Mentor and train team members in best practices
Requirements
- 3-5 years of industry experience in Accounts Payable
- Graduation (Commerce / Finance Background)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational & interpersonal skills
- Flexibility/Adaptability to change
- Persistence and stress management skills
- Attention to detail and E2E PTP cycle awareness preferred.
