Work on international trade operations with focus on import and export, overseeing end-to-end flow and ensuring alignment between international suppliers, customers and logistics partners;
Direct service to international customers (Order Center), managing interactions via email, calls and other channels, ensuring clarity on information, deadlines and order status;
Management of international purchase orders, including critical review, system entry and follow-up to ensure delivery according to agreed conditions (quantity, price and lead time);
Contact with international suppliers for issuance and monitoring of orders, ensuring compliance with commercial terms;
Review and validation of import and export documentation, ensuring compliance and organization of physical and system records;
Interface with customs brokers, including monitoring processes, forecasting cash requirements and alignment with the finance area;
Conduct quotes and contract international freight, assessing cost, transit time and efficiency for each operation;
Monitor logistics operations and continually update delivery forecasts for internal and external stakeholders;
Issue tax invoices related to the processes (incoming, outgoing, complementary and transfers);
Support testing and system parameterization, contributing to the evolution and organization of the operation.
Requirements
Solid experience in international trade, with hands-on work in import and export;
Experience managing international orders and interfacing with customers;
Experience working with customs brokers and monitoring customs processes;
Advanced English for frequent communication with international stakeholders;
Intermediate to advanced Excel.
