Serve as an Agile Scrum/Kanban Development team member
Work with the Business and Data Management teams to provide solutions for business systems’ needs
Profile, analyze and document the technical requirements for their assigned Agile team backlog
Master complex data transformations concepts, including data warehousing principles
Capture requirements in a formal manner
Coordinate and drive activities with product owners and business stakeholders to refine prioritized backlog and gather requirements
Document appropriate detailed functional and non-functional requirements
Identify data most valuable to the organization, and evaluate this data and alignment with the corporate data model
Manage business rules to enhance and optimize filtering results
Use requirements management tools and techniques
Support development, testing, implementation, and some training activities
Understand and apply delivery and independently perform business analysis processes in accordance with Zurich frameworks

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems
5 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Senior Associate, Senior ETL Tester, or similar position developing and providing solutions
5 years of experience working in data warehousing
5 years of experience writing complex SQL queries
5 years of experience writing technical requirements
5 years of experience performing End to End data validation
5 years of experience working in Insurance domain
5 years of experience serving as Subject Matter Expert in the assigned area in the data warehouse
5 years of experience providing technical solutioning consultation to developers and testers
5 years of experience working with various business groups
5 years of experience acting as liaison between IT and Business
