Role Overview
- Play a hands-on role supporting audio-visual integration projects at customer sites
- Perform complex AV system installations, overseeing system buildouts
- Ensure all components are installed, configured, and commissioned according to engineering specifications
- Act as the primary point of contact for coordination with the AV Practice Lead and Program Managers
- Supervise and assist with the physical installation of a wide variety of AV and supporting technologies
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional work environment
Requirements
- 5+ years in the Audio-Visual or Electronics Field Installation with previous team lead experience preferred
- Basic Networking knowledge is desired
- AVIXA CTS Certification is preferred but not required
- Basic programming (Crestron/Extron/AMX) preferred
- Excellent Verbal and Written English Skills
- Good customer service skills, with the ability to work cooperatively and professionally in on-site government and military environments.
