Report to the Project Manager, Procurement Integration
Responsible for engineering and procurement delivery for the DNNP SMR project
Leadership of project team members
Responsible for project execution and reporting of KPIs
Management and staffing of required resources and deliverables
Contract administration, including scope and change control
Assemble and lead a multidisciplinary project team
Key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Monitor project health and performance using KPIs
Maintain supervisory organization and manage career development of project resources.

BSc in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
Other Engineering disciplines may be considered
PMP certification is an asset
Eligible to be registered as Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario
3+ years of experience supporting projects in construction, manufacturing, or engineering services
Stakeholder management experience in joint-venture/integrated projects
Understanding of nuclear supply chain and materials management principles
Ability to build and inspire a team
Experience managing direct reports in a project delivery model
Appreciation for Quality Assurance Programs and their significance to the nuclear industry
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications is considered an asset.
