Role Overview
- Lead large sales opportunities and Capture Teams supported by Global team of professionals
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships throughout the business and with customers in Nordics
- Implement Global strategy in the Nordics and ensure business development and sales growth in the market
- Ensure profitable growth in the country by maximizing geographic coverage and channel penetration
- Conduct customer engagement in Nordics
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar
- Experience from key customer segments, e.g., Datacenters, Industry, Transport or Renewables is a plus
- Ability to solve problems and think outside the box to achieve the best results.
- Organized, systematic and able to work against deadlines and within different processes.
- Good communication skills in Finnish and English.
