Analyze functional and technical requirements to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks early in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and user journeys
Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, automated, integration, and regression testing
Implement scalable automated testing frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
Define, track, and evolve clear quality metrics
Communicate actionable quality insights to Engineering, Product Management, and business stakeholders
Evaluate and recommend appropriate testing tools and approaches based on scalability and long-term maintainability
Perform other duties as assigned

6+ years of experience in software quality engineering or software development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience building and maintaining automated UI and API test frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Experience in real estate finance or financial services preferred
Strong knowledge of business-driven and risk-based testing methodologies
Proficiency in UI and API testing approaches, including modern automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Postman)
Working knowledge of SQL and client-side technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong understanding of testing strategies across unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end levels
Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance test design, automation, and documentation
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
High degree of ownership and accountability
