About this role
Role Overview
- Support forecasting for product ranges, extracting and analysing data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Set up new product formulas, products and supplier item prices, along with maintaining any changes.
- Prepare and validate production data to ensure accuracy before it’s released for scheduling.
- Provide daily, monthly and ad hoc reports such as stock on hand, production transfers, staff headcount and cost roll-ups.
- Support with production tracking, product launches, and discontinuations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in ERP systems.
- Other responsibilities within Systems or Forecasting as needed from time to time

Requirements
- Has strong analytical and numeracy skills, with high attention to detail.
- Communicates clearly and works well with cross-functional teams.
- Is confident working with data, systems, and reporting tools, including Microsoft Office and MFG or similar applications.
- Has experience in manufacturing or FMCG (ideal but not required).
- Is adaptable and solutions-focused.
- Is highly organised with strong time management skills.
- Has experience in implementing ERP systems (ideal but not required).
