Role Overview
- Overall management of individual project with a high level of complexity or multiple construction projects
- Facilitates Customer and Team meetings
- Monitors project financial performance and schedule
- Implements risk management strategies
- Develops relationship management plans
- Ensures team member development and cohesion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- Minimum of ten years related experience and/or training
- Minimum of five consecutive years total profit and loss accountability on multiple projects
- Minimum of three years’ experience managing all disciplines for design/build projects or hard bid projects
- Experience in all contracting methods
- Comprehensive understanding of legal aspects of contractual language
- Proven record in increasing project profitability on multiple projects
- Knowledgeable in technical aspects of engineering and design disciplines
- Experience managing procurement and installation of process or production equipment
