Partner with the product managers and engineers in design and implementation of product enhancements and bug fixes
Analyze platform architecture and understand customer deployments to identify potential functional or performance issues and solutions to address those
Build and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
Troubleshoot complex issues in clusters, applications, and services
Improve the engineering tools and processes in the team
Work as part of a globally distributed engineering team in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 5+ years of experience OR Master's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Go, Ruby, JavaScript, Java or C++ with the ability to quickly ramp up and contribute to a large polyglot codebase
Strong understanding of CI/CD principles with practical experience building and managing pipelines
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to solving complex challenges
Strong verbal and written communication skills, applying them effectively during collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with the software development lifecycle, including writing unit tests, debugging, and participating in code reviews
