Real hands-on experience building with modern LLMs and agent frameworks.
Strong Python skills and comfort with modern cloud infrastructure on Azure or GCP.
Experience connecting AI to real business systems through APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with non-technical operators and translate their workflows into working software.
Willingness to be a solo IC builder for the first 12 to 24 months before any team gets built around you.
A track record of deploying AI solutions that measurably improved operational efficiency.
