Senior Manager, Risk and Control – Business Banking

Role Overview

• Lead and manage the first line risk team in Business Banking Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) segment
• Develop a risk management plan and ensure satisfactory control environment
• Coordinate key activities to sustain a Satisfactory Control Environment
• Manage execution of critical process refresh and issues management
• Conduct root cause analysis for material risk events/issues
• Run appropriate risk governance forum and report on risk outcomes
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Develop and monitor KRI's for business key risks
• Manage and lead existing team to ensure core risk deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
