Role Overview
- Collaborate with a group of passionate and hardworking analytics professionals
- Develop insights that support the creation, management, and achievement of business goals
- Produce intuitive and impactful visualizations using sophisticated data sets
- Drive key analysis in equity compensation from initial prioritization through final delivery
- Deliver self-service reporting/analytics and respond to senior management requests for analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a 5 years Financial Services and/or Analytics experience
- Strong analytical, technical, problem solving and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Snowflake
- Experience with Tableau and Alteryx technologies preferred
- Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and techniques to perform analysis and interpret data is a plus (e.g. SAS, R, Python)
- Basic knowledge of GenAI tools and IDE
