Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for pharmacy services aligned with enterprise growth objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new growth opportunities including new markets, service lines, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Lead market assessments, competitive analyses, and business case development for new pharmacy initiatives.
Implementation of new clients as it relates to contractual engagements in the pharmacy space.
Lead and mentor pharmacy directors, managers, and clinical leaders; build strong leadership succession.
Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to identify, track, and analyze financial data for assigned engagements.
Directs multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Provides leadership in the area of expense management and clinical alignment to contribute to client’s success within assigned areas.
Responsible for managing customer expectations, delivering cost savings throughout alignment according to estimated timelines, utilizing customer participation in the process to achieve goals and objectives.
Collaborates with organizations to track and analyze financial data important to their organization.
Develops standardized documents, processes, and calculations for use by the team to quantify savings solutions.
Requirements
Pharm D, required.
8-12 years in relevant Pharmacy Leadership Experience
Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, partnerships, or expansion initiatives within pharmacy or healthcare services.
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, reimbursement models, and regulatory requirements.
